Specialists for filling systems
In the past, the detection of the transparent material PET (polyethylene terephthalate) required complicated adjustment of the sensor to the application. This new system consisting of a retro-reflective sensor with polarisation filter and a very fine prismatic reflector is already ideally adapted for the detection of PET materials and glass. Being a ”plug and play” system, it can be operated at once.

Sealed and resistant
The high protection ratings of IP 68 and IP 69K guarantee absolute ingress resistance, even in applications subject to frequent cleaning processes, for example the food industry. All the materials used, such as ABS housings and glass lenses are particularly suited for these environmental conditions.

High switching frequency
The sensors reach a switching frequency of more than 2,000 Hz. They are therefore particularly suited for very fast processes. This high switching frequency applies over the whole temperature range.

Visible red light / quick and easy mounting
The sensors operate with visible red light. This facilitates alignment during commissioning. The comprehensive range of fixing components made of stainless steel ensure notably time-saving mounting. The complete system is mounted, adjusted and ready for operation in a very short time.
