Free factory calibration verification certificate

Manufacturer's certificate DIN EN 10 204-2.2 (Part no. ZC0002)

(according to DIN 50049-2.2)

  • Fee charged.  One certificate per sensor required.
  • Certifies that the listed articles conform to the indications in the corresponding data sheet and have been subjected to a 100 % final test.
  • Addendums: description of the 100 % tests, data sheet and, where applicable, test specification
  • Applies to the specified article(s) and must be ordered with the sensor.  It cannot be generated after the sensor has been delivered.
  • Languages: German / English

Material inspection certificate DIN EN 10 204-3.1 (Part no. ZC0003)

(according to DIN 50049-3.1)

  • Fee charged.  One certificate per sensor required.
  • Results of batch-related tests to prove that the requirements regarding the material characteristics and quality are met.
  • Languages: German / English
  • Applies to the specified article(s) and must be ordered with the sensor.  It cannot be generated after the sensor has been delivered.
  • Only issued for sanitary process sensors and fittings (list of products).

Material inspection certificate EN10204-2.1/2.2/3.1 (Part no. ZC0076) 

(according to ISO10474)

  • Fee charged.  One certificate per sensor required.
  • Only available for LW2720 sensors (list of products).
  • 3.1 certificate for metalliic parts
  • 2.1 / 2.2 certificate for non-metallic parts 
  • Language: German/English
  • Applies to the specified article(s) and must be ordered with the sensor.  It cannot be generated after the sensor has been delivered.

Cleaning service for oxygen applications (Part no. ZC0070)

  • Fee charged.  One certificate per sensor required.
  • Grease and oil removal for oxygen applications to ANSI B40.1, Level 4 Standard
  • Available for pressure sensors </= 363 psi for types PN, PG24, PK, PP, PT (except PT05xx), PU and PV.
