Stack light | 5-segment lamp setup for DV25xx tower light
The DV25xx, ifm’s IO-Link enabled 5-segment signal lamp, comes with a standard 4-pin M12 connector. The LED segments can be controlled quickly via the IO-Link interface. Color, light intensity, and flashing frequency can be adjusted as required without additional wiring and labor.

When connected to an IO-Link master, three operating modes can be set using the parameter "Operating mode."
RGB mode (factory default)
Independently control the color of each LED segment, the appearance (blink, flash, continuous ON, etc.), and alarm style. In the process data stream, the corresponding segment of the lamp is switched on in the desired color by setting an RGB code and flashing is defined by a frequency code.

ON / OFF mode
Switch on / off the desired segment by setting a “1” in the corresponding bit in the process data flow. All other settings, such as LED color, sound alarm style, etc., must be preconfigured via ifm’s moneo | configure software or acyclic IO-Link parameterization.

Analog / level mode
Indicate level or other analog signal in 20% increments. The transmitted analog value from 0…100% is signaled accordingly.
